Review

Matt Wilson and John Munson are no newcomers in the music business, they played together in the late 80´s band Trip Shakespeare with Matt´s brother Dan Wilson and John continued playing with Dan in Semisonic in the 90´s. A couple of years ago I did a review of the jazzy pop band The New Standards that featured John on bass and vocals, this year Matt and John are back together again as The Twilight Hours.

Their new album "Stereo night" is a soft acoustic rock affair that bring thoughts to Paul McCartney, Paul Simon and Crosby Stills and Nash, it´s a comfy laid back album where the first half is a bit stronger than the second half but it doesn´t get any more than just nice. I rather listen to the good ol Semisonic albums instead.

Hey... or should I say "hej" Just wanted to note that our website is thetwilighthours.com the myspace page has largely been ignored. Our message board at our website is reasonably active though. Love and miss Sweden and hope that we get an opportunity to visit some day! John Munson bass/The Twilight Hours

Did you know that?

According to lead guitarist Tom Morello the name Audioslave supposedly came to singer Chris Cornell in a vision.
