Review

Memphis, Tennessee's Egypt Central had a rough trip up to their latest album "White Rabbit". The band was in the early 2000's signed to Lava and recorded their debut with heavyweight producer Josh Abraham (Linking Park, Staind, 30 Seconds to Mars). However, they were dropped before it came out and the same story was repeated once again with Bieler Brothers Records a couple years later. The band then chose to release it in 2008 on Fat Lady Music and despite all the setbacks, it did pretty well, thanks to dedicated fans, heavy touring and two strong singles in "You Make Me Sick" and "Taking You Down"

It went much more smoothly for the band to release the sequel "White Rabbit" which once again came out via Fat Lady Music. A very strong sequel for sure, and to me a stronger album than the debut with better songs tracks and performance. Tracks like "Kick Ass", "White Rabbit" and "Ghost Town" are pure hits, but there are many more candidates in this very strong Modern Rock album fore sure.

The producer of this album is none other than Skidd Mills (Skillet, Saliva, Sick Puppies) so the sound is really good of course. Does in fact think that he has done one of his best productions so far with a clean and perfect rock production.

So if you like what the band have done before or are into  bands like Seether, Stereoside and Trapt ,"White Rabbit" should be a given purchase.
