New Jersey´s Joe Thalman landed in Hollywood by way of Philly and Nashville with nasty habits consisting of heart felt song writing, collecting harmonicas, and drinking cheap beer. After surrounding himself with the loyal rock n´ roll brotherhood known as "1614", he set out to put together "The 99´s" (part band, part gang, part co-conspirators). He first hired drummer (working actor, and all around r n´ r sweetheart) Tommy Villafranca to join as a permanent "99". Then he recruited local hot shots: Bassist David Allee (Driving By Braille), and Lead Guitarist Derrick Tanner (4 Star Mary) to really get this project off the ground.
