With around 450 gigs in a year, Kristoffer Hedberg is without a doubt one of the most experienced live artist in Sweden. He plays in the street, in retirement castles, in cafes and concert halls. He has play in radio studios, in TV shows and in front of big audiences. His debut album came in 2006 and was well received. Now, at the age of 23, it is time for Kristoffer Hedberg to release the sequel. The new album is called “Ett Helt Vanligt Ögonblick” with guest such as Peter LeMarc, Lasse Lindh, Dan Viktor and Tomas Denver Jonsson.
The previous record “ Stjärnor, Neonljus och Sotiga Drömmar” was arranged with acoustic instruments and a couple of the songs got some air play on the radio stations’ playslist. The song “Trollywood” became an instant favorite in his hometown of Trollhättan. The new album has a broader arrangement without losing the acoustic feeling. A classic rock setting has been complemented with organ, harmonica, piano and strings.
“The record is my way of trying to catch some of all those moments that exist but just pass us by”, Kristoffer says “I’ve been living with the new album since the old one was released and it feels very good to finally get to release it”.
