Tear Them Down started out in 2010 in Göteborg, Sweden. We got together with the intention of playing high energy punk rock With lyrics both inspired by the degenerating political situation around the world and our own truths, hopes and beliefs.

The songs on this EP was written during the aftermath of the Swedish Government election. It reflects the contempt we feel towards the current state of power and its charlatan collaborators.
It also deals with the distance and contempt that globalization and privatization creates between people, instead of uniting us towards a common goal.

Up to release the band has been spending time on the road mainly in Europe but has also played support for big acts such as Sick of it All as well as big local bands like Blisterhead. In June they went on a two week tour through Germany and Czech Republic. Booking of shows in Sweden for the fall to support the EP is what´s next in store for Tear Them Down.
