Before I was born, my mother sang in a group with her sisters. They toured around State Fairs and appeared on television & radio shows. For as long as I can remember there was always singing growing up in our house. Every Sunday in church we´d sing sweet accapella hymns. I think one of my earliest memories is of my mother rocking me to sleep with the "Mockingbird" lullaby when I was barely two years old. I´ve tried to imagine what living would be like without singing... I can´t. It´s impossible. When I think of my dearest friends or family, I can hear their speaking voices or their happy laughs in my head like distinct tones and melodies... such beauty and tender sweetness permanently recorded in my brain and heart...
