New Raunchy Rock From Los Angeles In Wake Up Lucid
Wake Up Lucid is a LA based 3 piece band that combines sex-drenched vocals, high octane guitar, and a glorious lo-fi sludge that is garage rock at its purest and most dangerous. More grime than the Black Keys and far more savage than The White Stripes, MOKB aptly described the band’s sound as “…exactly the kinda thing your folks might’ve been listening to at the moment of your conception”. Their 2011 Sugar EP was described by Rolling Stone as “raunchy rock at it’s best”.
Wake Up Lucid are set to drop their debut LP, Feel It, on August 7th.
