Although Spout has been on a break while it´s members pursue other projects, we´re proud to share with you lead singer/songwriter Stacy Hogan´s new solo musical project,"Lovers & Liars".
"Combining a variety of influences with natural songwriting talent, Lovers and Liars sounds both fresh and compelling. Instrumentation and texture vary from song to song, yet each feels like part of a larger concept. Creative influences are drawn from musical pioneers such as Nine Inch Nails, Leonard Cohen, and Mike Patton, as well as popular artists such as Blue October and Angie Aparo. Underneath the sounds are compelling, carefully-constructed songs by Hogan, who was twice voted among the top three independent songwriters in Nashville by the Nashville Scene."
