Review

"Emerge" is the 4th album from Italian powermetallers Bejelit, they have been around since 2004 and this spring Bejelit will support Rhapsody of Fire on their European Tour. The new album drops in March and it contains 13 tracks which could´ve been reduced to at least 10 because it feels a bit too long. The band is tight and the album opens with "The darkest hour" that ain´t your average powermetal song, there are traces of thrash metal and symphonic pieces which makes the song really entertaining. The title track "Emerge" rocks, just like the epic "Deep water" where both tracks features great instrumentation. "Dont know what you need" sounds like typical German army parade metal including a singalong chorus. Bejelit´s weak link is their lead singer, he is okay but nothing more.

3. Don't Know What You Need

Did you know that?

The name Nickelback originates from the nickel in change that member Mike Kroeger gave customers at his Starbucks job. He would frequently say "Here“s your nickel back."
