The Script from Dublin, Ireland has with their two albums "The Script" and "Science & Faith" become one of the major bands in the pop / rock genre, particularly in Europe. However, their last album went up in third place on American album charts so they definitely got the foot in that market too.
Also believe that this new album "3" will continue the band conquests as they once again delivers a very well made album with several tracks with radio potential. However, I think it is a bit too overworked like the last albums from Train and Maroon 5 that like this one feel way to plastic. Really liked the band's more organic sound on the debut, which felt more genuine and heartfelt compared to this one.
But, "3" is a stable and good album with highlights such as "Good Ol 'Days", "Six Degrees of Separation" and "Glowing", so check out if you’re into melodic pop /rock.
