Well Chicago native Kevin Lee is back, this time without his Lonesome City Kings & Frankie "Survivor" Sullivan & the other Frankie (Filipetti). This time the 6 track CD was produced by himself & Rick Barnes & they did a good job because its also nice to hear from him since 5 years. His back up band excists out of Bob Wall (Bass) & Glenn Mikes on drums. The result stands for good bluesy straight forward Pop Rock like we used to know on the "Restless" album (on MCA). It also looks that he saves the best songs for later on because the 5th track ("Could I Have Been So Blind") & the 6th track ("1 Temptation") are the most impressive songs. According to the band Godsmack, they arrived at the name after one band member made a particularly inappropriate comment and another remarked "God will smack you for that one". Hence forth one would receive a "Godsmack" for bad behavior.
Godsmack is also an Alice in Chains song from the album "Dirt."
