"Message From yuz" is the debut EP from London based Switches, this band has a cool style of indie rock/garage rock and 70?s glamrock.
Among the influences we can find David Bowie, Marc Bolan, Queen, Supergrass, Mott The Hoople and Muse - in fact, if you put all these artists together in a blender you?re gonna get Switches.
They recently signed with Atlantic and will release the new single "Drama queen" in late January which isn?t included on this 4 track EP.
Switches are more T-Rex than Queen but the cool harmony vocals in falsetto truly bring thoughts to Queen without doubt, fans of Tsar and The Mooney Suzuki might wanna check out this band.
The garage rock of "Joysticks" could?ve been left out but the other 3 tracks are quite nice, especially the Sparks smelling "No hero" stand out as something extra.

Tracklisting 1. Message From Yuz
2. 13 Years Inside
3. No Hero
4. Joysticks

Did you know that?

The guitarist that gave Michael Jackson“s "Beat It" such a characteristic sound was Eddie Van Halen.
