Review

Palace Terrace is a progressive and neoclassical band with a theatrical and modern edge in their sound. The man behind this band is the guitar virtuoso George Bellas(ex. Ring Of Fire and Mogg/Way). On vocals he have recruited a tenor vocalist called Jonathan R Marshall that has a more opera voice than a rock voice.
The album has a running time of almost 60 minutes and it is a mixture of Malmsteen, Dream Theater meets Ring Of Fire. There are nice string arrangements, melodies and harmonies but the songs don’t catch my attention at all and they don’t reach any higher grounds. The production don’t have power that needs for this kind of music and misses the real punch. If you into more complex progressive and neoclassical rock then this might please you but I suggest you listen to it first.

Where do you hear Ring of Fire? That is far from what it is.

Did you know that?
