Review

Let me present one of the best progrock albums of 2008, "Jazzraptor´s secret" is Jack Foster´s 4th release and also his best album so far.
This one is less jazzy and I was surprised to hear a more westcoast influenced album but still very progressive, the music on "Jazzraptor´s secret" bring thoughts to great artists like Toy Matinee, Kerry Livgren´s A.D and Tommy Funderburke.
I am a sucker for songbased progrock where the melody is the centre of the song and I guess Jack Foster and his musical friends Robert Berry and Trent Gardner have the same opinion since these songs feel like they are taken from the book "A-Z of how to make a great progrock song".
Highly recommendable!

Did you know that?

"The Verve" lost all the money from their hit song "Bitter Sweet Symphony" after it was shown that they were using a sample of the Rolling Stone "The Last Time."
