Kimberley Dahme was born in San Pablo California and became the first female band member for Boston when they released their Corporate America album. Now she has released her first solo album that is more country rock than AOR and must be the first country feel album that Escape has released. This is album is too laid back for my taste and I miss some real rockers to lift up the album. This leans more into Sarah McLachlan kind of country with Sheryl Crow influences. Kimberley has a nice and strong voice that makes some of the songs a joy to listen to but in the long run this gets boring. The two first songs Can�t A Girl Change Her Mind and Rock You Like A Baby are ok songs. The Shania Twain smelling piano ballad The Only Man is good. Tom Scholz and Gary Phil of Boston helps her out on this album. So if you're into Nashville female country stuff then this might be your cup of tea.
